Statue of St. Theodore, the Duce Palace, Venice Italy.

St. Theodore was the original patron saint of Venice prior to the entombment of St. Marks relics in the city. This statue, which normally resides in one of the columns at St. Marcos, dates from the 13-14 century and it was pieced together from original roman sculptures.
