Eduardo's Homepage

Eduardo truly makes honor to the title of best friend. According to the AKC, Eduardo is classified as a miniature Dachshund and in a good day he weights about 12 lbs (this varies depending on the amount of ice-cream that he manages to beg out of me). He was born in Manassas, VA, on March 14, 1994, and his parents are: Unlike most other dogs of his breed, Eduardo is not a yappie dog; on the contrary he only barks when strangers arrive at the house. He is great with kids (even when he is being pulled by the tail) and he loves to have his belly scratched by women with long nails (I guess he gets that from me). Eduardo goes everywhere that Monika and I go, so if you don't want Eduardo at your house, then don't invite us either.

Eduardo was probably the only climbing miniature Dachshund in the world. He use to rock climbing with Monika and I from the time he was 8 weeks old until he herniated his back on June 23, 1998. He used to be very active, running about 3 miles every day, and going to the rocks at least once a week. The fact is that to this day, you can't show him a backpack without him going totally mad.

What follows are a couple of pictures of him taking at various sites throughout the world.
